Kala is a professional with over 21 years of experience in Telecom sector, based in India. During her career, she has gained experience in satellite telecommunication and has done sales with well-known companies such as Ericsson, Software Technology parks of India, Sri Lanka Telecom, Lanka Bell, Ceycom, Dhiraagu & has traveled many countries, including the CIS, Sri Lanka & Maldives. She has also managed Prepaid Platform Interconnection, coordination and follow-ups with the Routing Team, Bilateral Team & Finance Team Leaders & Managers for various reports and activities.

As a market manager, she is mainly responsible forigh level administration & sales support, in particular with Americas & APAC involving efficient handling of Top & Confidential correspondence, management of document flow and directing various queries to relevant departments. She also manages a handful of wholesale accounts and co-ordination with internal/external departments for smooth business operations.
